I grew up in the countryside of Madera, home-schooled for the majority of my life. Literature sparked my interest from early on. I started writing short stories at the age of eight, the plot usually based off some unusual dream or idea I had. Although fantasy is my main focus, I embrace all genres and hope to experiment with different ones in the future. When I’m reading a novel I look for dynamic characters with deep, complex personalities that you can relate to. This is an element I try to incorporate in my own writing. I want the reader to feel like they are escaping into a new reality and getting a break from real-life. This, I believe, is the true purpose of literature.

My most recent undertaking surrounds two lovers, Trystan and Natasha, who become estranged due to a fight for power under dire circumstances. While Natasha ends up ruling the majestic city of Creton, Trystan bubbles with jealously, slowly plotting his revenge. A tense plot culminates as both gather their armies, readying for war. But there is just one more factor they must consider… eternal life. A race toward death leaves them questioning whether it was all worth it.
